Beginning February 28th, 2022, 171st St between Bill Sharp Blvd (SSAB Gate 2) and Zachary Ave (Y36) will be closed to traffic for a culvert and pcc paving project. Contractors will begin mobilizing equipment and personnel to begin the grading and culvert portion of the project. In June, the prime contractor, Heuer Construction, plans to move in and begin paving. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late July, weather dependent.
