Services & Responsibilities

The Muscatine County Recorders office is responsible for recording all real estate documents; issuing boat, snow and ATV registrations and titles; issue hunting and fishing licenses; filing birth, death and marriage records; and issuing certified copies of vital records in Muscatine County.
