Responsibilities of the Administration Office

  • Assists the Board of Supervisors in fulfilling its role in fiscal management by developing and maintaining financial and budgetary oversight systems
  • Coordinating and maintaining the County’s human resource programs
  • Development and implementation of County policies and procedures
  • Routing correspondence and information to/from the Board of Supervisors
  • Scheduling, developing and issuing agendas for Board of Supervisors meetings
  • Provides administrative support to various County-related Boards and Commissions
