Muscatine County CARES

The application, called Muscatine County Community Alerting & Resource Emergency System (C.A.R.E.S), is now available for download in the Google Play store and Apple iOS store.

The app allows for mass and emergency messaging with push notifications from the Emergency Management Agency to quickly provide information to residents in the county.
