Environmental Learning Center
The Learning Center is open from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday and 12:00 - 4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and is closed on most holidays. The center is located just off Highway 61 at 3300 Cedar St., Muscatine, Iowa.
This 10,500 sq. foot facility, located in Discovery Park at 3300 Cedar Street in Muscatine, houses the Muscatine County Conservation Board offices, natural history exhibit space, and a large classroom/meeting space.

Location & Maps
We are super excited to announce that the Environmental Learning Center has been approved to be an official I-Center along Iowa’s Great River Road, which is also an All-American Road. Signage and websites are still being updated. Stay tuned for more information.
