Polls open: 7:00 A.M.
Polls close: 8:00 P.M.

All voter registrations must be received no later than 5:00 P.M. on February 16, 2026. The deadline to request an absentee ballot to be mailed is 5:00 P.M., February 16, 2026.

You may vote in person from February 11, 2026 to March 2, 2026 at the Auditor’s Office located at 414 E. Third Street, Ste. 201, Muscatine, Iowa weekdays from 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.

For the Special Election to be held on March 3 2026, one polling location will be open. Any registered voter of Muscatine County eligible to vote in this election, can vote at:

Stockton City Hall, 318 Commerce Street, Stockton, Iowa

ALL Iowa voters are required to show a valid photo at the polls before they vote. A voter without one of the forms of ID listed below may have the voter’s identity attested to by another registered voter in the precinct or may prove identity and residence using Election Day Registration documents. Voters without the necessary ID or an attester will be offered a provisional ballot and can provide ID up until the time of the county canvass of votes.
