Correctional Officer - Muscatine County Jail
The Muscatine County Sheriff’s Office – Jail Division is accepting applications for a full-time correctional officer. This position maintains order and discipline in the jail through enforcing rules and regulations among inmates held in the facility.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be a US citizen, have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under Muscatine County’s insurance policy. Must attain Iowa Law Enforcement Academy Jailer Certification once employed.
Starting total hourly wage ranging from $22.77 - $25.02 with an excellent benefits package.
