Vital Records Increase

Effective July 1, 2026, the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is increasing the fee for certified copies (birth, death, and marriage) of vital records. The fee will increase from $15 to $20. The fee for marriage licenses will also be increasing from $35 to $40.
