EMS Advisory Council
The Muscatine County EMS System Advisory Council was appointed on June 1, 2026, with the passing of resolution 06-01-26-04 declaring EMS as essential service in Muscatine County.
The County EMS System Advisory Council must:
- Research and assess EMS service needs within the county.
- Guide the implementation of EMS services according to the most recent Iowa EMS standards.
- Solicit public input and review progress annually.
- Provide recommendations for funding and operational improvements
