Commission
Per Iowa Code, the Muscatine County Emergency Management Commission is comprised of the Mayor (or their designee) from every municipality in the county along with the Sheriff and a member from the County Board of Supervisors.
The Commission usually meets quarterly to conduct business for the Emergency Management Agency.
